Hmm if you need inspiration, I recommend joining contests, especially reshade contests- they don't require any creativity but can get you into the artist-mindset. That's just my personal experience though. You could also try taking requests.

One of the things I find most inspirational is looking at other peoples skins, I like to go look at all the skins I favorited/diamonded on here and that usually gives me inspiration. The last thing is if you have a specific celebrity/movie character/OC, try to recreate them in a skin!
