Meet Arcene. Arcene is a French name for Silvery, I named him Arcene because of his hair which has a silvery touch to it, almost like a Russian Blue (breed of cat). This is also my Persona and I am hoping people take this OC and make more versions of him/make art c: I've never had art before but I'm hoping to make a story featuring P.A (Parental Advisory) another one of my OC's.
