Awesome skin mate, I think the shading needs to be worked on a bit more and also I think you should avoid using 'neon' or too bright colors for a skin, it hurts mah eyes!

I think making the green on the backpack a bit darker would help, and also try to make the shading stand out, some parts on the skin hardly look shaded!

But overall, a well designed skin which I love ^-^
