Story;
I wake up and pick up my phone to check my email. I applied to Harvard last week and have checked my email everyday since. I scan through my emails and see one marked as "Harvard." I open it and scan through it quickly. I can't bvelieve it! I GOT IN! I cover my mouth with one hand, shocked into stillness. Then I scream and jump up and down. My mom comes running into my room and I tell her the good news. She hugs me and then goes downstairs to tell my dad. I'm still shocked so I sit down on my bed. I can't believe I'm going to the school of my dreams! I lay back on my pillows, my mouth still open in the same shocked expression I'd been wearing when I read the letter. I twirl a peice of my red hair in my fingers, fidgit with my white sweater, and then smile and then relax. Harvard. 

My skin relates to the contest based on the fact that she was shocked when she opened the letter and remained shocked throughout the entire experience. (I woulb be too!)
P.S I tried new shading on the hair and shirt! I hope you guys like it!
