So a while ago on Valentine's Day, I decided to watch a romance anime and I decided to finally watch Toradora. And then I thought, hey, why not write a short review? So that's what I'm doing right now. Keep in mind that this is my opinion and it is not meant to be offensive. It will contain spoilers. By the way, I included some more skins at the bottom. Now, without further ado...
Toradora!
Toradora follows the story of Ryuuji Takasu. He is stereotyped as a delinquent because of his intimidating appearance, but he is actually a very nice person. One day, he meets Taiga Aisaka, the "Palm-Top Tiger," who really is a delinquent. She's hot-headed and rude, but when the two of them find out that they have a crush on each other's best friends, they decide to team up to win their love.

Characters (9/10)
The characters are one of my favourite parts of this anime! They each have very distinct and unique personalities that reveal themselves throughout the show. Taiga is the quintessential tsundere. She might seem hot-headed or mean once you first meet her, but she's caring on the inside. Ryuuji is wrongly branded as a delinquent, but he is actually very easy-going and kind. It's fun to watch all of the characters interact on screen. Minori is energetic and eccentric, Kitamura is mature and responsible, Most of the characters experience major character development throughout the show, too. I especially like that they even flesh out the side-characters, giving them each their own little side-plots. It makes the entire show seem more realistic.
Plot (4/10)
The plot of Toradora isn't really anything special. It's a cute, typical romance. The pacing is good, and even the filler episodes are generally entertaining. However, the ending was...strange, to say the least. Once Ryuuji and Taiga find out about their feelings for each other, they decide that the best option for them is to elope. Now that was an interesting few episodes. And not a good interesting, either. It was almost as if the writers didn't know how to wrap the show up, so they came up with the most bizarre, unnatural ending to a series (Okay, that's an exaggeration, but it was pretty bad.).
Art/Animation (5/10)
The art and animation was nice to watch. Everything flowed very nicely. The backgrounds were pretty. Other than that, I guess there's not much to say, so this gets an average rating.
Enjoyment (8/10)
I tend to get a lot of enjoyment out of watching anime, even if it isn't the best. This series was fun to watch. I binge-watched the entire series in a week. The jokes were funny, and the romance was sweet. It just gave me this warm feeling in my heart, and whenever there was a Taiga x Ryuuji moment on screen I felt so happy. There was never a dull moment on screen.
Overall (8/10)
Overall, the series was really good. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys cute, funny romances. And if you aren't that into romances or you've never seen one before, give this one a try. It blends a lot of the story elements together, so you can probably get enjoyment out of it. It's Toradora. Do it for the palm-top tiger.
