Well calm down and lemme explain through the backstory :3
Once upon a time there was a madman named Vlad who was in love with a girl.
The girl was the most prettiest girl in the world and loved to always be outside with nature in her red dress :3
Vlad was absolutely smitten with her and one day asked her out on a picnic date to which she replied with a blunt
"No."
Broken hearted, Vlad fell into a rage induced depression and took to some magic drinks known and food in his tiny cave which he called home.
Seeing Vlad's madness and anger, some God took an interest and appeared behind him and gave him a fright to see how he would react.
Vlad promptly took his hot frying pan and swung it at the God whilst screaming something and stopped halfway after being entranced by the comet like thing which he had just made >.> (Aiight that bit made no sense but hey, I don't care ^_^)
So after seeing all this, Vlad requested to the God to help him heal from the trauma his heart had suffered.
The God agreed to have a look and discovered that Vlad's heart was only able to be fixed by a kiss from the one who did it.
Vlad then headed out to see the girl and explained everything to her to which she bluntly replied "No." and slapped him.
Vlad then became very spiteful and angry to which the God suggested a more darker approach.
Vlad was intrigued and asked what the God had in mind to which the God explained that he can turn Vlad into stone encapsualting the girl in his chest and making her his new heart BUT as long as Vlad was propelled into space.
Vlad agreed and was transformed into the thing you see today.
Vlad also taunts the girl to this day by flying close to Earth "Above the Clouds" to let her know that what she did hurt him and nearly killed him which gives him a rush.
Vlad is spiteful and is not actually very nice :)
TL;DR
Vlad was a man, loved a girl, girl broke his heart, some God turned him into a comet and made the girl his new heart, Vlad spitefully flies near Earth to taunt the girl.
Vlad is mean.
