How does the transparant work? I kinda know how to make the glasses on skins transparant but this is just a million levels over glasses >.>

Depends on the program, on a template it's the boxes on the right of the head. If you're using NovaSkin you just tap the square with the eraser. Tapping it with the eraser dims it / makes it transparent, theres a few different transparencies
