Thank you very much, and it's just how i design the eyes kind of a cartoonish theme, he's supposed to be raising one eyebrow lol !

I never really liked the sixth doctor, but I think that this skin is the best doctor who skin you've yet made.
the detail on the coat and shirt is just amazing.
