This is my "okay" attempt to making the 9th Doctor from Doctor Who. Please do not tell me how bad it is. I know its not exactly him, but I tried my best.

If you like him please give it a diamond and possibly favorite. Which goes for my other skins as well.
If you dislike it please ignore the skin and go find something else.

I hope you enjoy this skin! This is the 8th skin I've posted. If you think of any improvements for the skin, let me know. Also if you have any requests let me know also. I will be making the 10th and 11th doctors as well. And when I see the 12th/1st doctor on Doctor Who I'll make him as well.
