The A.T.P Engineer is a worker for the A.A.H.W (Agency Against Hank Wimbleton).

With their genetically modified bodies, they can complete tasks and process situations much faster then the average grunt. (In the series you cant really see how good they really were). They were also key for conducting experiments on subjects that have been captured or manufactured by the Agency.
