1) The shading is a bit too light - I recommend hue-shifting. I tried it earlier and it looks way better than my older skins.
2) The shading doesn't have a particular light source(s) - I used to do this too. When shading, maybe try to detect the light sources and use them on all parts of the skin.
If this is your first go, you're an amazing skinner and I wouldn't be surprised to see you on the popular reel in the future.
