Tendō Akane from Ranma 1/2
(This skin was made using a fan art of Akane as an idol, which was made by petagon1214. The fan art only shows her head and the top part of her clothing, so I had to guess what she was wearing for the rest of the outfit. I'm not a fashion designer or anything like that though, so some parts of the outfit may look very similar to things on other skins I made.)
