I made this for when I am feeling lazy and for people who can't shade. Just look up how to shade skins with a template. You can upload a skin with this used in it but you must leave a link to this.

Actually, using a shading template you didn't create is considered program generated content, so anyone that used your bases couldn't upload the skins.

If it was a part, like hair or pants, yes. Since shading templates generate all shading for the person using them, it's not content that's created by them or you. The final product is something created by the graphical editor the person decided to use.
