The Bubble Head Nurses are usually cruel, spasmodic enemies that wouldn't hesitate to kill you. However, this particular nurse has strong feelings towards you, and while that would normally be a good thing, her idea of 'fun' includes needles and bonesaws.

One of my favorite enemies from Silent Hill. This is my first attempt at a female skin, so it may not be as good as my other male/genderless skins.
