my skin for the official PMC event :)
* edit FEATURED IN THE CONCLUSION???
the skin shares the same outfit, a yellow rain coat and hat with red rain boots and gloves
one half is darker/desaturated and has "rain" on it
while the other half is lighter/saturated with "sunlight" on the head and butterflies floating around it
the "sunshine after the rain"
though either way this kid is probably uncomfortable, being wet and cold before but now he's like swarmed by butterflies lol
