First off, i didn't expect this easy ass character to be such a hard skin X_X the hair and the bright colours, oh dear god...
Anyway, this Butters, whcih you probably all know, from South park.
He get's bullied by lots of kids and gets grounded almost everyday, he is very cute and nice to other people but never gets attention from them back. He has been through a lot of stuff, testicels on his chin, Trapped naked in a glass cube for an anti-bullying campaign, bought by Paris Hilton, and you can go on for ages XD.
