I love the attention paid to the suit, the face and the hands.
It all works exceedingly well.
But maybe the top of the body and the bottom of the head should be incorporated with the "collar" seeing as the Sontarans never had a rotateable head or neck.
I also notice a vertical strip of transparant pixels on the right side of his head, in the "hat" layer.
I'm not sure if that was intended.
