The nickname given by his friends who find his choices.... strange at the least. First to undergo a skin pigmentation study being mostly successful (The skin should of been a nice shade of tan) which never caught on left poor clyde blue in more ways than one. After failing many jobs an old friend setup an interview at The All seeing eye, a place of stature and cruelty. This should of been a simple interview he did for his friend and never got back to him he thought. But his blue skin made him unique to the joint and was hired to his dismay. After the hiring he was forced into a dimly lit room and knocked out, awakening with a new eye and a display on his arm allowing him to use it many features. Now poor clyde begins his first night at work hoping to not to piss of one of its many criminal clients, a bartender can't get into much trouble..... right?

A bar known for its high class demeanor, and low class clientele. The all seeing eye is best know for its secrecy and security having all of its staff implanted with an augmented eye so no would be detectives undercover stay long. Not much is known about the owner other than when he asks for a favor, you deliver. So far the only recorded fight within the bar lasted for 12 seconds, being abruptly disintegrated before the first punch connected, so everyone stays civil within its walls
