Once again, back at skinning. This time with one made for The Festival of the Damned.

I've been given the blue flame, which is supposedly meant for the ocean and anything that lives there.

So the lore I give to this thing is that it's an undead fish person that died because something or someone hunted it down and received a blue flame that reanimates them, kind of like a zombie (a drowned zombie from vanilla, if you will).
