Hello the Green Day fan st. WildCard is here, the story behind this skin is that i was looking trough my Manga drawings and i found a fan pic of Green Day Chibis (chibi is a manga based drawing style) that i made last Week and i saw that i could make a ''Cute'' version of Billie with that pic as the ''base'' and thats the story.

So i made Billie with big eyes and a giant tie :)
