Dario is a fan made blue Mario his story is as follows

Story- Dario is mario and Luigi's little brother he is blue and can shoot balls of ice that freeze enemies
He travels with Figi who is a pink female version of luigi and doesn't have any abilities
Tons of fans wish for Nintendo to make a game for them like the fan made game (Dario twins) which is a flash game that features Dario and Figi with unlockable charecters like (Mario,luigi.wario,peach,waluigi, and more)
