Looking good. As a mexican, my opinion is that it looks good.
Of course, I'm not stating I could do something better. I'm not that skilled.
But, I really like it, and it kind of looks like an actual outfit of someone dressing up as a skull.
Still, there are some details, like the celebration date. It's actually celebrated on both November 1st and 2nd, the first day is dedicated to the children, and the second day is the most formerly known one, in which adults are remembered.
Also, there is a very, VERY known character which is a skull dressed as a woman back in the days of a period previous to The Mexico Independence Day. The high class women were known for wearing decent clothes and smoking long cigarettes, receiving the name of "Catrina" or "Catrinas" in plural. As a form of joke, we nowadays make skulls dressed up like them since back in the years between 1700 and 1800 that kind of women had a lot of privileges, which the other social ranks didn't, thus making poor people feel disgusted and, in my thoughts, hoping them to be dead someday. Thus, the Catrina character was born.
Yes, I had to explain all that because I thought you could make a Catrina Skull skin. For references, just look up for "La Catrina" in Google Images. There will be a lot of pictures to make a reference.
