Elok'm (Ciziqoques for Storm) is a being made of thunder clouds and lightning. No one knows where he comes from or why he's here, but they have learned that Elok'm is a creature that no one should cross.
Elok'm has the ability to manipulate electrical currents, which gives him the powers to shoot lightning, to levitate himself and other things, make invisible barriers, and even disintegrate something into mere atoms. He answers to no being and shows no interest in any particular party.

I've shaded the cloud parts of him using Ninjacookie14's Shading Technique, which is a first for me. Please tell me how it turned out.
