Evil Dr. Static is a Super villain that hasno t gotten close to being caught over the past 20 years. His powers were granted when he first started his job at a high tech science lab. I don't know if he has regretted his accident or liked it. But from what I heard, the people at the science lab that he signed up for told that he took an experiment to far. He was trying to figure out a way to make a form of energy that could handle the toughest needs and would revolutionize the way we think about electricity. Trying to control the energy source was a lot harder than he expected and the machine could not handle that type of power. It released a wave of energy that went straight into Dr. Static that changed his emotions and feelings. The power drained from the machine and was now in him.
Today, that energy still controls him, going through the city and causing chaos and fear in the hearts of the people and it will take a power even stronger than that energy to stop him. Forces have joined together to try and stop him but he can just absorb any energy emitted in him. This is the story of Evil Dr. Static.
