Viewed often as a comet, the Eye of Time is believed to govern the fabric of time. Those who witness it are said to have had their mind bombarded with images of foreign worlds and galaxies unknown. Based on the amount of images the spectators experienced, they often refer to the Eye as having "been there and done that".
