To be honest, we could all give you a million tips and tricks on how to make a skin, but this skin is already really nice. I'm a huge fan of simple shading and I like that you did that but I don't like how your shading isn't consistent throughout the whole skin (The head's shading is completely different from the legs). My tip for you would be to just continue making skins until you find exactly what your style is and build up from there. You already have a nice thing going, I can tell you for sure that my first skin was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E.

You can try adding some highlights on the hair and have the different shades of your palette contrast from one another. Sort of like a more drastic change in the shade of a certain color :) hope this helps!
