This is the Flying Ocean Phantom for the "Under the Sea" skin contest! Here is the story of the Flying Ocean Phantom.

Long ago, one person was swimming in the ocean with nobody else watching him, just swimming alone. He was a lonely guy, but didn't care. He still lived his life the way it was. While he was swimming in the ocean, he kept feeling a sudden tug on his leg. "Who's there! Show yourself and no one gets hurt!" he said while trying to break free. Then after that, the tugging subsided. He was now swimming as fast as his legs and arms could swim back to shore. He jumped to get out of the water for his fear was now swimming in the ocean. He looked around the ocean waters, but couldn't see anything because the water was murky and not clean. When he was leaning over the side of the water, something grabbed him in and tried drowning him. As time went by, he kept going deeper and deeper to the bottom of an abyss. He then stopped struggling because he ran out of oxygen. No one bothered to swim in the ocean ever again after hearing this story, but once in a while, a child swims anyway to show all of his friends that there is no such thing as the Flying Ocean Phantom and that it was all a myth. He swam for about 5 minutes to show his friends and test his bravery, but as soon as he was about to depart from the water, his ankle was getting tugged and he was being dragged into the ocean. He screamed and yelled for his friends to help, but they were too scared and started panicking. (I don't really want to mention what happened to them any farther than I just did...) As he was just about to drown, he saw a face. It wasn't really a human face, but more like a ghost face. He thought it was just him humiliating before he drowned, but it was real alright.
