In the future, many things have changed. Humans' technological advancements have stopped, and civilization has almost reverted back to as far as the middle ages. A mysterious moon has appeared out of a wormhole nearby, now orbiting the Earth alongside the moon.

The new orbiting body of the Earth, Tarcerus, was an alien world full of water, stuck in a frigid winter-like temperature, thus forming several icebergs. It was around half the size of the moon, and seemed to have basically everything required for human survival. The oceans consisted of primarly fresh water, harboring several new species of alien fish. Odd thing was, the oceans seem infinitely deep. Perhaps there's something dangerous down there that wants to eat you?

After Tarcerus suddently arrived in the Milky Way, nearly colliding with Earth, various government officials from numerous countries on Earth had to decide what to do about the strange events. A month later they sent the last functional spaceship with a working Harkdrive (Extradimensional tech allowing for swift "teleportation" between two locations), containing several knights, sailors, and farmers to the new world. Unfortunately the pilot of the ship ended up crashing it on the ocean surface, meaning they had to get another method of transportation. Once they arrived, they built a ship out of the wood they brought to sail around the equator where it was fairly warm. As time passed, they found the only island on the entire moon, and colonized it, setting their farmers to work on growing food to keep them alive. A short time later, they began to become aware that they were being infected with an alien substance that could potentially kill them. The leader among them, Admiral Icar, thought that the colonists should explore further north, insisting that there was gold and other treasures in those regions, and if they stayed on the island they'd all die from the mysterious alien substance creeping into them. Though reluctant, the others followed him on his journey to wealth. However, they found no gold or jewels, and instead got stuck in the ice. Their ship wrecked in the ice and nowhere to go, all of them starved to death on the frigid frost of the huge glacier mountains. However, somehow Icar survived, but at the same time he still died with the rest of them. Transformed into an eerie undead, he had lost his mind, his leadership, and relatively everything else he had before. Imbued with alien power, he gained powers beyond comprehension, now being able to gush waves of icy water if and when he pleased, and to freeze everything he touched.
