The Gamar Commonwealth Armed Forces is the main Armed Branch of the Commonwealth Republic of Gamar, founded in 1798 as a Colonial Defense Force by the British Empire, one great key difference of other British Colonies, is that Gamar was before a Portuguese Colony, Later controled by the Spanish in the Hiberic Union and after that a British Colony, this is the reason the country is know for it's Multi-Lingustic, adopting both the Spanish, Portuguese & English style together with the African Natives, the Colony was the first colony of the British Empire to industrialize and improve it's economy, with it's own creation of the Public gorvenment, resulting in the Colony being more & more indepdenc, with the fear of the British Empire losing the Colony it was instaured many haltings of the Economy, wich reseulted in a Revolutionary war with ended in stealmate, the Colony was still under British Rule but it's still free.

During the Napoleonic War's, the Gamar Legionary's made a key force of the British Expeditionary Force on the liberation of Portugal & Spain, since Gamar have cultural heritage on the Hiberic Peninsula, the Napoleonic War's is the period that London Parlament saw Gamar not just as a mere colony, but key Diplomatic & Military Partner such as Australia and some level India.

In the 1915, the Gamar once again went to war, it operated together on the failed Invasion of Galipoli but they also aided in the hunt of German troops in the African front, in the 1920s, the Gamar began surfering from terribles droughts & Bankrupcy because of the war, the effects were worsened by the "Great Depression" with resulted in a state of near Civil War, with the Aid of the British & the secuesfull political propaganda & actions avoided a Civil War and began reforming itself for a new great future, with the Declaration of the World War 2, the Gamar Expeditionary Forces were quickly organized and ready to fight in the France, until France collapsed and the Mediterrean front is opened, with the Gamar forces cooperating with the British, Australian & Egyptian garrison forces in the North Africa front, the Gamar forces also operated together with the US forces in the invasion of Scily, aiding them in both the Front-Lines & the Large supply lines, with the end of the war, the Gamar Commonwealth recieved it's indepedence with a large military parede.

In the cold-war era, Gamar was one key ally in the African region, coorperating against the growing insurgency of the Communist & Revolutionary Block with resulted in many participations in Revolutions & Civil-Wars against the Communism, due to their importance, they recieved alot of equipment from NATO, with the Gamar forces acting as Contractor's & Mercenary's selling their training & services to other Nations, during the end of the 1980s, Gamar with it's consolidation & power began modernazing itself even more, turning into the Shining beacon of a modern & functional African Country even with it's colonization & imperialism roots, but with the Invasion of Iraq in Kuwait & in 2003 Invasion of Iraq, the Gamar Forces saw themselves fighting less against standard national armys, but more against insurgents & rebels, with that they Adapted & Prepared Themselves with new advanced & usage of new tactics, heavy use of Drones & etc.



The Standard issue rifle of the Gamar Forces is Steyr AUGA2 (Deseguinated FA82A2) modified to use the STANAG Cartidges & PMAG cartidges with both chambered in the NATO 5.56x45mm rounds, the rifle to this day is began slowly begin replaced by the Steyr AUGA3 (Deseguinated FA82A3), the AUGA2 will be still in use as Ermegency Rifle, Reserve Forces service rifle, Law-Enforcement & Proxy Donations.

The Camouflage of Gamar is a modified variant of the "Disruptive Pattern Camouflage Uniform", this variant is modified to implement a jungle & woodland like behaviour, a Multi-Terrain variant is still in process of development & testing.
