Really Awesome! Luv it! :D Your shading is really cool, and the hair is totely epic. But ya meby should make the eyes a little lighter

I think this skin is pretty well made, especially due to the shading. However, I did not realize this was a girl skin until I saw the body. The face looks boy-ish, especially due to the wide eyes. To make it look more girly, I would suggest making the eyes taller rather than wider. Also, I guess the hair threw me off, but I know girls have hair like that, so it's not a problem, it's probably my favorite part of the skin.
Onto the next part, the stomach/chest area. First thing i want to say is that lighter regions should be areas that are further out than the darker parts. So that being said, it should be darker at the pants line and under the chest, then be lightest around the middle section (where you have that shaded line)
Other than those two things, I think it's a pretty good skin, good job.
