Ben- Like Zuko, I like a lot of things about Ben. First and foremost, he reminds me of my buddy Elijah (mainly because of his awesome sense of humor). Ben, like Zuko faces hardships; but he always comes out with a positive attitude. Ben finds the brightside of everything, even if it requires making a joke at an inappropriate moment (such as serious events). Despite his rank as a Jedi Knight, he's just your average 16 year old. When things get serious, he is mature enough to keep everyone working together, sometimes surprising his father [Luke Skywalker, if you haven't figured that out :P].
But mainly because he's funny.

I've played Minecraft for about a year now (since Beta 1.7 something). I love Star Wars, Doctor Who, Ironman, X-Men, The Matrix, Terminator, Aliens... you get the picture. I listen to classic rock and a wee bit of metal (Metalica, Disturbed, Austrian Death Machine). I despise most modern artists (ESPECIALLY TECHNO...And Rap)... But that's just me and the environment I've grown up in. I'm an outspoken geek who marches to the 4 beat rhythm of her own Galifreyian drum. I'm right brained, but I like logic in my life. I have a clean mind that mainly concerns itself with science, sci-fi, and random questions about things normal people don't think about. I enjoy being weird and I like helping people. I'm a leader, not a follower, but ironically enough... I have social anxiety. I like being in full control of things.
So yeah.... That's me in a nutshell....

This is me in a nutshell:

I play Minecraft because I like to think outside the box (no one ever mentioned the blocks... oh well :P). I like to build and create. Minecraft, to me, is a constructive game rather than a destructive game like most of the latest ones. I started Geek Elite because I was getting tired/bored of normal people societies and associations (as usual). I'm a Geek because I literally never stop talking (or at least thinking) about Sci-fi and fantasy things [mainly sci-fi]. My brother claims he'd be rich if he charged me a dime for every time I said something about Star Wars, Bill and Ted, or Doctor Who. I'm joining my own society because I love to make geeky skins that no one has ever made (or at least not to my satisfaction) as well as blogs that contain obsessive references. I love creativity and helping others through tutorials and rants (edu-rants :D).

I also made this so I could say I'm in a skinning society and a blogging society (and I have full creative control :D)

Some of you might recognize me as the blogger who wrote this article on Geeks and Nerds (which made the popreel about a week ago). I write blogs the only way I know how- with references sprinkled throughout and a writing style developed through reading Revenge of the Sith and other Star Wars novels too many times. I like commas, but I love brackets [if you couldn't already tell]. I use brackets to separate my rabbit trails from your normal thought (so yeah... blue elephants). I've always loved writing, and I like PMC because it gives me a diverse audience.

Skinning is another story. I started skinning because no one makes Hudson from Aliens. I like blocky because it allows for a cute but BA (bad attitude) style (especially for characters like Constantine who have hard facial features that are hard to mimic). Blocky allows for simplistic skins that still look good. I also feel that my style adds character to the skin. I personally don't like shading all that much because it detracts from the value of the game (so a good skin is somewhere between flat and overly shaded. I choose blocky :D)
