Minilla also referred to as Minya or Milla, is a monster from the Showa series and is the first of several young Godzillas in the series. First appearing in Son of Godzilla, the infamous son of Godzilla resembles a smaller, pudgy version of his father. The egg was cracked by a group of Kamacuras and because of this, his appearance is not that of a full offspring of Godzilla, and he has to be trained for his radioactive technique. Both lived on the island of Solgell until scientists placed them in hibernation from a weather experiment. They thawed out later and moved to Monster Island. His signature move is a small ring of atomic ray.
