A noble (if mischievous) thief of legend, the Mystical Ninja Ishikawa Goemon fights for justice in an era ruled by a corrupt government. When the commonfolk of feudal Japan are suffering under the thumb of greedy officials swindling them out of their money, Goemon takes it upon himself to set things right. Day and night he works to steal back the ill-gotten tax money, but he soon realizes that nothing will change unless he gets to the root of the problem. Thus, he sets out to confront the Feudal Lord in his castle, and put an end to his reign of terror.

And who could forget his faithful retainer, Ebisumaru? The chubby Ninja of Justice is never far behind his best friend and idol!
