This is Malakakiet the Gryphon. He lives in the Skylands, far above the overworld and even above the clouds. There his people can live in peace, with no war or sorrow. But the peace and tranquility of the overworld is at risk as lately there have been reported sightings of dragons flying nearby. Malakakiet is one of the few who have seen a dragon and he has made it his personal mission to prepare his people for war. However, many do not believe in dragons and there have been heated debates. It seems if outside forces do not destroy the peace of the Skylands, internal debate will.
