I like the design. You should make some more Halo themed skins, like Spartans from Reach, or even one based on the Halo 4 trailers and concept arts.

Im a close friend of his, and were doing a collaboration effort to make both sides: Covenant, and UNSC. Im in charge of Covenant, let me know if you need anything! I also made my own Master Chief, it took me an hour.
