Story:
This is Hectral, he was made around the turn of the century mid-Victorian Era. He was meant to help people with various workings and was able to fix just about anything. One thing he couldn't was himself. The maker died mysteriously soon after the completion of this project, and he was the only one who could actually fix the special parts needed. And so, after eight years, he finally crashed, and couldn't work anymore. 17 years passed, the machine was getting rusted and broken apart. Then a young boy with big dreams and an even bigger heart with a passion for machines crossed paths with this unlucky heap of now spare parts. He put him in a cart and dragged him back to his 'machine shop' where he vigorously studied and worked on him. After three days, the boy found something interesting, not just a part of place, missing, or broken, but something added. There, deep in the gut of the machine, was a glowing green orb, plans, and a note. He read the note: To whomever might find this, then my creation has failed, and I have died. The orb you see before you is a key. A key to the past, the present, and the future. In my attempts to figure out the mysteries of the orb, I had to quickly hide it here, in hopes that someone would understand its power. Keep it safe, and be vigilant in your search for answers. The Deceased, Doctor James Rotlebord. The boy removed the orb and the contraption awoke with a sudden burst of power. The boy welcomed the confused machine as he wondered what had killed the Doctor...

Specs:
Hectral is a multi-functional machine that can fix almost anything. He is powered by a high heat and pressure compressed boiler and back steam exhaust far more advanced than the others of the time. The valves on his arms tell the heat and pressure. He comes with two languages, but the transition device is broken and he can't speak. He can see different things in different ways with his four-lens goggles. Not anything is known about the purpose or powering of the back bulbs, as the stayed on even when the machine was off. He has had many repairs, although in some parts, you can still see inside.

NOTE: I don't expect to win, or even place top 50. I am an amateur skinner, and this is my best work. However, If you make a skin request, I may still do it. Also, sorry for the long text, but since I'm not going to win, I decided to spice it up a bit. I may change this skin.
