basically hes my favorite family guy character i know its a bit odd so i thought i would make him and i thought i would experiment with some new shading styles so what do you think about the skin any feedback would be nice

oh and this is also my entry for the final round of the skinning tournament in it the theme is cartoons/anime anyways be sure to vote

thanks i didnt see any good skins of this guy so i decided id try making him im glad you liked it badgerz it took a lot of time to make i think the reason its not so popular is because it only looks good in the previewer

It does NOT only look good in the previewer, it looks awesome in the normal view. Maybe because Herbert isn't a very popular type of skin maybe. But your skin is by far the best Herbert skin.

Thanks the hardest part was making the 3d effects look good i guess not that many people want to play as Herbert I'm sure my next skins in my family guy skin series will be more popular the hardest ones would be stewie and peter I think

Ok that's cool you go to Yale and don't worry about the tournament It is not over for a bit just focus on your classes first I don't want this to mess up your grades because of a tournament well gl on both school and the tournament And congratz on making it to the final round

i used gimp and skin edit and sure i might who do you want me to make next that sounds like a fun skin series i might do it it would be good practice for my skinning so i can master this style of shading so name who you want next adam west, peter, stewie, Brian anyone and ill see what i can do

ill do it as soon as i get my computer to work i managed to get a virus on my mac i believe  cause i'm that good so it wont get off safe mode and its been broken for a bit which is why i have not created a skin in a while and why i have not updated my texture pack as well ill work on it as soon and its fixed and i don't mind requests at all they are usually really fun :D

ya some1 suggested i try using a transparent pen to shade instead so i tryed that out it took a bit of time and it took way longer then my other skins to do but i figured it out this was my first time using a transparent pen so i thought id upload it for some feedback it took like 3-4 hours to figure it out i kept redoing it until i liked it lol

Well thanks I'm glad you liked it I'll use this style in the future then but I think Hal and Leo might hold that title
