Homeworld: Valg IV
Characteristics: Humanoid, Reptilian, Intelligent
Once a tribal race, the Hezaidons were intelligent, but lacked in resources to be able to travel through space and create advanced weaponry. So, they evolved into into the perfect hunters, with many features such as night-vision, peel-back mouth that slits into four to scare off predators and padded hands and fingers that allows suction for wall-climbing. However, they were invaded by the ferocious Mengorians, a bulky, power-hungry species, and were enslaved. However a group of Hezaidon escapees managed to capture a drop ship and used it to invade the Mengorian capital. Soon, they freed all other planets as well as their own, and since then lived an urban life throughout the galaxy.
