Ok, imma be honest here what Im basing this skin on is from an anime I haven’t seen but Sonic fans know the Joke about Shadow liking Anime his favorite being Kill la Kill. I was doing research about Ryuko Matoi and the Life Fibers. Pretty much she and Shadow are basically alike since they are technically both hybrids, edgy as heck and both have get this Super forms!!!!!
So yea now on to this skin, I thought its be kinda cool to say what if Steam had a Life Fiber outfit that gave him powers like in the show how the wearer get abilities as well, Steam suit is named Koatsu (高圧) or High Pressure in English, in this form Steams stats are buffed and he uses a sword in combat. His fur is slightly darker and his quills change colors slightly as well, He also wears Boots and the Color are the same with the Blues except that I add some more Red, threw in Black as well some Gold!
