While The Sniper was sent off to the island the military had attempted to clone him it was a success, well kinda, his hair and his jacket turned white, they didnt approve of him cause of the color so they sent him to the isle with the original he has become to be known to help and join forces with the Sniper and deemed to be called Frill.
