Spring was a girl in a land with no color and no happyness. Everyday someone would do something bad and the weather was never nice. The only people who were happy were the ones that made fun of people and did bad stuff like rob. There were no police and no one did good things besides Spring who tried to be nice, and her friends, Sammy, Jackson, Cole, Leslie, Kate, and Jess. They were always pushed around, everyone except the boys. They considered boys "The Stronges of The Two." Of course, they never considered girls "The Week Ones." One day, Spring was 15, and as usual, never had a birthday party before. She just went to the park and sat down while watching people play with dogs and tossed discs to the other kids. No one ever smiled. They just frowned or had no facial expression. If you ever smiled, you'd be brought to jail to be executed. Nevermind the mean community, talk about the kids, murdering anyone they didnt like. When she went to the park on her 15th birthday, she was caught smiling at something. She was handcuffed and brought to jail. there was a small windo made of reinforced plexyglass. When they came in, she was smiling. she was looking at the window, at the sky, and wondering about what world would be like if there was something, something she read about, something called color. and she died with a smile, with hope for the future ginerations. the color, warmth, and kindness was brought back, and everyone forgot about the past. They were nice, and restored.
