Clicked on this skin because I have a weird partiality for girls in blue wearing capes (I've made more than one skin with that style lol). This is really pretty. And honestly, the cape looks great. One thing: instead of alternating the hat later spots on the highlights (that makes it look kind of ruffly) use the hat layer in one large chunk in the center of each highlight. Weirdly enough, it makes the cape look thicker. :)
