Something on his back, maybe a quiver. You colud also add a symbol or a pattern of some sort.

It looks much better now you've added the quiver. I don't think you need to add anything to the torso but the legs still look a bit plain. Also looking back on the female version there is some white on the torso, so it would be nice to see some of that on the male version. I will let you decide about the pattern.

Yes, I agree it looks much better!
Still trying to figure out the pattern though...I was thinking about putting these sort of "knee pad" things...like on military skins... 
A dagger at his side might look really cool :o
