Man it has been so long since i've uploaded a skin! And This skin I was working on a while back but never finished until today. I haven't watched the anime myself, but I found out about this from an art request. I was requested to draw her, but after I drew it, it was initially a transparent background, (like this is my first time drawing anime in this style) So I decided to make it a wallpaper.
