I don't like "IT" soooo.... PENNYWISE, PENNYDUMB!

Pretty good, but I feel like the colors in the face are a little off.

If you look at this one here, you can see that the eye white is darker than it's skin color, he looks creepier that way. Also, maybe If you swap the blue and black above his eyes you'll be emulate his eyebrows a little better. Maybe you could add a little color to his mouth aswell, show some of his nasty yellow teeth instead of just black.
