Remake of my old Lightspeed Skin.
Fun facts
-He's a Speedster from the Future, hence why all the neon blue on his Suit.
-As a way not to feel repetitive over the Flash Emblems, I instead made a huge Bolt. Still proud of it eh !
-He never reveals his name, or face, in order not to mess with the Timeline too much as he's trapped in the Past of his World.
-Nothing much is known about him either way...
-He's neither a Hero or a Villain, as he opposes both ways but still does his things.
