Kamen Rider Destream (仮面ライダーデストリーム) is a rider from Kamen Rider Revice.

Genta Igarashi (五十嵐 元太) decides to settle things with Vail, asked for the Vail Driver to be modified so he can transform. George Karizaki modified it into the Destream Driver, and he faces Vail in a climactic final battle.

Hercules Genome (ヘラクレスゲノム) is Kamen Rider Destream's main form, accessed using the Hercules Vistamp (ヘラクレスバイスタンプ) with the Destream Driver (デストリームライバー). On the forehead is a sharp horn that allows him to perform a powerful headbutt attack. The compound eyes can quickly analyze enemy weak points and display their vulnerabilities in the helmet's internal HUD. The chestplate generates a powerful energy called Destream (デストリーム), which is the rider's namesake, to increase the power of the suit. On his back are a series of manipulator arms that can be extended to grab various objects from afar.

Just like Demons and Over Demons, Destream utilizes Genomix (ゲノミクス) instead of full form changes, which mutate parts of his body into various armaments according to the Vistamp. Among the Genomixes he uses, they include:

• Komodo Dragon: Provides the Komodo Dragon Heat (コモドドラゴニックヒート), a dragon head mounted on his arm that can shoot out flames.
• Crocodile: Provides the Croco Wizarolling (クロコウィザーローリング), a drill shaped like a crocodile's head mounted on his arm.
• Kong: Provides the Kong Astro Breaker (コングアストロブレイカー), a pair of large fists shaped like a gorilla's arms mounted on both arms.

The Destream Driver is a modified and upgraded version of the Vail Driver, with the Destream Driver Unit added onto the sides. Unlike other Drivers, it allows the user to transform even without an inner demon. It is the final evolution of the Demons line of Drivers.

Kamen Rider Destream has the following finishers:

• Hercules Destream Finish (ヘラクレスデストリームフィニッシュ): Destream performs a rider kick where an energy construct of a hercules beetle appear and drill into the enemy.
• Destream Nova (デストリームノヴァ)
