Things that make people question her being human: when scared enough her scleras will turn green and after a while of more threats then she’ll start crying acid tears. Her blood is also quite acidic. All these forms of acid are much stronger than most earthly acids, which is why you shouldn’t scare her or hurt her too much cuz you’ll be in much pain.
