Bowser is a goofy mastermind. And the only reason I said "master mind" is a few games. Such as Paper Mario 64. He can be intimidating and funny, and will try to... uh... strangle Mario until that game over comes up. He doesn't give two para koopas about losing. He'll come back. He'll come back over and over again 'till he pulls it off. And no one can stop him. He is the King of the Koopas. And no one is to compare to the King of the Koopas. Except Mario.
