A mask can be many things and have many different appearance, but sometimes a mask is not something you put on
it's just something you wear to hide your real face from other people that may stare, the true emotions you can't stand an expression of bland.....to what others would might not be a fan. So you keep your mask on forever on masking the emotions that you could not escape even if you ran, such thinking saddening to hear all most maddening in a way to hide such feelings that you need to find in your self the power to do healing on such a ride, that I know you have, yet you are hiding them away away over time it's like keeping your hand on the stove as it starts to burn and as you turn away but you have to stay a mountain that can be climbed can be over come.

As it is easier to mope then to have hope.

so go the extra mile and not only smile but feel joy on the inside
